PALATE:
Elegant flavours of wild strawberry and red fruits. Delicate yet refreshing and rounded with supple textures and a long finish.
AGEING POTENTIAL:
This champagne has been made to be enjoyed when youthful and fresh.
WINEMAKING:
Traditional Champagne method with secondary fermentation in bottle and a minimum of 15 months ageing more likely to be 2-3 years. This champagne is produced by one of Epernay’s top Champagne family houses.
FOOD MATCH:
Ideal as a summer aperitif or to accompany any light starter and also perfect with fresh fruit desserts.
