COLOUR:
Pale gold in colour with a steady flow of fine and persistent bubbles.
AROMAS:
Delicate yet complex, fresh and well-balanced with hints of citrus and white fruits.
PALATE:
Well defined with subtle elegance and expressive flavours. The fruity style progressively emerges in the mouth to reveal a finely balanced wine displaying great length and finish.
AGEING POTENTIAL:
This champagne will improve with some further bottle ageing up to one year.
WINEMAKING:
Traditional Champagne method with secondary fermentation in bottle and a minimum of 15 months ageing more likely to be 2-3 years. This champagne is produced by one of Epernay’s top Champagne family houses.
