The left bank of the Gironde that flows through France’s greatest wine region, Bordeaux, is home to the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, now grown the world over. This excellent grape variety excels here and supported by Merlot underpins the great clarets of the region. Left bank is made by the Vignobles Ducourt, one of the finest producers in Bordeaux and it expresses all of the wonderful characteristics of this classic Old World region.
This wine is the perfect partner for grilled or roast meats, especially beef or pork.
