This wine has been made to be enjoyed when youthful and fresh.
The Raboso grapes follow the traditional vinification methods for rosé wines where fermentation temperature does not exceed 18°C. Afterwards the wine is stored in special tanks with the addition of must with the same alcohol content. The wine is then re-fermented for a minimum of 10 days to reach the desired CO2 pressure (5 atmospheres). Then after filtration, the wine is ready to bottle.
Perfect as an aperitif but excellent with seafood, grilled fish and all mushroom based dishes.
