COLOUR:

Pale light yellow colour with fine persistent bubbles

AROMAS:

Delicately fruity and floral bouquet with aromas of green apple

PALATE:

Crisp fruity and refreshing on the palate with a high level of acidity to form a well-balanced yet light body which is just off-dry to taste

AGEING POTENTIAL:

This wine has been made to be enjoyed when youthful and fresh.

WINEMAKING:

The grapes are quickly pressed and the juice run into stainless steel tanks where it goes through its fermentation for about 8/10 days at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Later, the wine is stored in a special tank with the addition of must which has the same alcohol content. The wine then goes through a second fermentation until the desired pressure (below 2.6 atmospheres) is reached. The wine is then filtered and the semi-sparkling wine is then ready to bottle
