This wine has been made to be enjoyed when youthful and fresh.
The grapes are carefully selected and separated from their stalks in the winery, they are then gently crushed. The fresh must is left on the skins for approximately 8 hours at a controlled temperature. 5% of Merlot grapes are added in order to achieve the special pink hue of this wine. After soft-pressing the must is left to ferment at a temperature between 15-17°C and then stored at 17-18°C in special stainless steel tanks until bottling to ensure absolute freshness.
Delicious as an aperitif but complements succulent seafood dishes such as prawns and other shellfish. It also matches with spicy Asian food.
