10 International have launched ‘Sea Change’, a range of wines that supports ocean conservation through direct partnerships with key ocean and marine focussed charities.
The range has been designed with minimal packaging to reduce potential waste and to maximise its environmental credentials:
- ‘Grape Touch’ labels have been used, which consist of 15% recycled grape waste with the remaining raw materials coming from FSC certified forests ensuring environmental and social benefits
- Specially selected closures that are Carbon Neutral, made from renewable plant based materials using 100% renewable energy and are fully recyclable
- No capsule covers are used on the wine with a view to minimising unnecessary packaging and to enhance the ease of recycling.
The range consists of 3 IGP quality French wines – a white, a rosé and a red, all produced by our partner Châteaux Canet in the Languedoc-Roussillon, and two IGT quality Italian wines – a Chardonnay and Negroamaro from Cantine Due Palme in Southern Italy.
‘Sea Change’ will be supporting multiple charities across the globe, with the aim of aiding organisations that raise awareness, as well as those that take direct action in cleaning our seas.
