This wine is drinking perfectly now but will improve with further bottle ageing from vintage of one to two years.

BACKGROUND:

Left Bank is a Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend made in Bordeaux by one of the region’s top producers, Vignobles Ducourt. It expresses all of the wonderful characteristics of these classic French grape varieties. Vignobles Ducourt sourced the grapes for this wine from some of the best vineyards of Bordeaux where they have built close relationships with traditional vine-growers over many generations.

FOOD MATCH:

This wine can be drunk on its own or as a partner for white meats, oily fish and salads.
