PALATE:

A vibrant, juicy  Malbech. Arcata Di Luce is medium bodied and well balanced with flavours of wild berry fruits and spicy notes

AGEING POTENTIAL:

This wine is best consumed when youthful and fresh

BACKGROUND:

The traditional submersed cap method is used, with the addition of the “rack and return” process during the first period of maceration to extract tannins, colour  and the traditional varietal characteristics. These are allowed to develop to their best during maturation in stainless steel tanks and in bottle. Maceration takes between 12-15 days at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 26°C
